IDW公司
IDW公司（英語：IDW Publishing），成立於1999年，被公認為是美國第四大連環畫出版社。

由泰德·亞當斯，羅比·羅賓斯，亞歷克斯·加納和克里斯共同成立。成立初期主要是給遊戲、電影、電視，紙牌遊戲等娛樂公司提供美術作品和平面設計，但在獲得大量成功以後，快速發展成為一家獨立的公司。目前連載漫畫包括《彩虹小馬：友情就是魔法》漫畫、《變形金剛》、《忍者龜》漫畫。

IDW公司於1999年成立。
在2000年，IDW成立了自己出版部門IDW出版社，另於2007年， IDT收購了IDW的多數股權。 2009年， IDT通過免稅分拆創建了CTM Media Holdings。 這家新公司後來更名為IDW Media Holdings，由IDW和CTM Media Group的多數股權組成。[1]原來兩個創始人，亞當斯（ CEO兼出版）和羅賓斯（ EVP） ，依然積極地管理公司。
2007年，由Steve Niles和Ben Templesmith推出了第一個傳統漫畫系列“30 Days of Night”[2]。
另於同年推出電視劇Star Trek和CSI的改編漫畫，還從孩之寶獲得了變形金剛、義勇群英，彩虹小馬：友情就是魔法和芙蓉仙子(Jem)的出版許可。變形金剛目前已經同時發行了五個不同系列。
2015年1月6日，IDW公司宣布已經收購了Topshelf Productions。[3]
同年2月，IDW公司和迪士尼達成協議，出版漫畫史高治叔叔、唐老鴨和米老鼠等迪士尼漫畫，同時，IDW也曾和東寶達成協議，出版《哥吉拉 怪獸傳說》、《哥吉拉地球統治者》、《跨世紀哥吉拉》、《哥吉拉地獄》等哥吉拉漫畫。[4]

Worthwhile Books 與 Blue Dream Studios编辑
IDW公司在2008年推出了兩個新系列，兒童書籍的Worthwhile Books[5]和Scott Christian Sava的Blue Dream Studios，兩者原先為單獨出版。
IDW公司成功拿到義勇群英的出版許可後於2008年5月正式推出漫畫（以前由Devil's Due Publishing出版），並推出三個新系列。由Andy Schmidt 編輯撰寫[6]，包括Chuck Dixon，Larry Hama和Christos Gage等作家。令其系列能趕上2009年的義勇群英電影。
