列當屬（學名：Orobanche）是列當科草本的寄生植物，約有200多種，主要分布於北半球溫帶地區。

形態编辑

屬於小型植株，約10厘米至60厘米高。完全不具葉綠素，而呈白色至深褐色，花為白色或藍色唇形的花。雖然單花列當 (O. uniflora)的花為單生，大部份的種類由大約10至20朵花構成穗狀花序。

列當的葉通當僅呈鱗片狀、三角形。種子極小，黃褐色至褐色，隨年紀而變深。通常於晚冬至隔年春末開花，植株未開花時常常在地表下不可見。

由於本屬植物不具葉綠素，它們需藉由其他植物獲取營養。其種子在土壤中呈現休眠狀態，其萌發常常是受到其宿主的根部所分泌的物質所引發^[1]。其幼苗的形態類似根狀，會吸附到附近的宿主根部，一旦吸附到其宿主上，便由宿主吸取水份及養份。

有些種類的寄生對象具有專一性，僅能寄生在特定的一種植物，如 Orobanche hederae，它僅能寄生在長春藤上。有些則有較大的宿主範圍，例如 Orobanche minor的宿主為三葉草及相近的豆科植物。

已經在各地馴化（歸化），原產於歐洲中部及西南部的分枝列當 (Orobanche ramosa)被認為在某些地區嚴重威脅到許多作物，它可能寄生在蕃茄、茄子、馬鈴薯、甘藍、彩葉草、菜椒、向日葵、芹菜、豆類等，嚴重時會造成完全歉收。

利用编辑

義大利南部的普利亞地區，會收集一種被稱為 spocchia 的列當屬植物的莖食用^[2]。
