比爾·馬艾^{[註 1]}（英語：Bill Maher，1956年1月20日—，或譯「马艾」、「馬赫」等），美國著名棟篤笑表演者、電視清談節目主持及作家，亦是不定期的社會及時事評論員。現時為HBO 清談節目《马赫脱口秀》（Real Time With Bill Maher）的主持，最近製作了紀錄片《宗教的荒謬》（Religulous），籍此探討美國對宗教的態度。

馬艾大學畢業於康乃爾大學，最後卻當上了棟篤笑表演者，出道不久後曾當喜劇演員，不太成功後決定繼續棟篤笑表演，現時亦會客串演出一些電視節目。成名作為喜劇中心（Comedy Central）1993年開始播出的清談節目《政治不正確》（Politically Incorrect），該節目非常受歡迎，更曾在1997年跳出有線的電視頻道，轉由ABC播出，卻於2002年因馬艾對911事件的言論被取消。2003年，馬艾與HBO合作，創製了他現時的節目《马赫脱口秀》。
